Our mission—to create meaningful, assent-based connections that honor the individuality of every person—guides our approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We recognize and value diversity in all its forms, including race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, country of origin, religious or spiritual beliefs, ability, and socioeconomic background. We are dedicated to protecting and supporting both our staff and the individuals and communities we serve by fostering an environment where everyone feels respected, safe, and empowered.
Our commitment includes engaging in continuous training, reviewing and improving our practices, and taking intentional action to advance equity within our organization. Inclusion to us means deepening our self-awareness, expanding social awareness, identifying and addressing blind spots, listening to understand, and building authentic connections. We lead with courageous vulnerability and invest in the resources needed to ensure real, sustainable inclusion.
Empathy is the foundation of our work, and we take purposeful steps to ensure that every team member and every individual we serve experiences dignity, respect, and belonging.
Core Values
Our organization is guided by the ethical and consistent application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) across all aspects of service delivery and operations. We use ABA principles to support meaningful outcomes for our learners and to guide performance management systems that promote a positive, supportive work environment for staff. We are committed to creating assent-based learning environments that prioritize dignity, choice, and collaboration for both clients and employees. These values are embedded in our clinical practices, leadership decisions, and continuous quality improvement processes.
